Bonafide Robotics FAQs
Everything you need to know about Bonafide Robotics (BonafideR) Robotics as a Service model, deployment timelines, integrations, and SLAs.
The RaaS Model
Robotics as a Service (RaaS) is an operational expenditure (OpEx) subscription model where industrial robots, control software, maintenance, and live fleet management are provided for a predictable monthly fee — with zero upfront hardware capital expenditure. You treat robots like electricity: pay for what you use, scale when you need to, and hand them back when volumes drop.
Every BonafideR subscription includes the physical industrial robots, custom end-of-arm tooling and fixtures, fleet control software, preventative and corrective maintenance, all replacement parts, and 24/7 remote telemetry operations with guaranteed uptime SLAs. There are no hidden service fees or surprise hardware costs.
No. BonafideR operates on 100% operational expenditure (OpEx). There are no upfront equipment purchases, installation invoices, or balance-sheet depreciation schedules. You pay an all-inclusive monthly fee per robot cell — the same line item as utilities or enterprise software licenses.
